Placing US stock orders comes with certain restrictions, including but not limited to:
1. If the price of a buy-to-open limit order is 40% away from the market price, the order will be rejected by Moomoo MY.
2. Order price requirements such as multiples of 0.05 or 0.5 will apply in rare cases.
3. Orders meeting Moomoo MY's risk management rules may still be rejected by the clearing broker due to various reasons such as huge price deviation, trading unavailable, symbol not found, etc.
4. The clearing broker defines odd lot order as an order of less than 100 shares.
5. Orders may be submitted to a non-traditional exchange.
6. Moomoo MY may send US stock trading instructions to other clearing brokers, including but not limited to the affiliates under the Futu Group.
