FOMC Minutes Show Majority of Members Support a Sept. Rate Cut if Data Continues Trend

The FOMC Minutes released Wednesday showed that the majority of members felt a rate cut would be appropriate if economic data continued to come in as expected.
週三公佈的聯儲局會議紀要顯示，如果經濟數據繼續按預期發佈，大多數成員認爲減息是合適的。
"The vast majority observed that, if the data continued to come in about as expected, it would likely be appropriate to ease policy at the next meeting," the minutes read.
紀要中寫道：「絕大多數人觀察到，如果數據繼續按預期發佈，下次會議時調整政策可能是合適的。」
