(the “Company”) announced on 28 December 2023 that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiaries Shanghai Mekilong and Hongstar Mei Kailong and Longhui (Shanghai) have separately renewed the 2023 Mekilong Property Services Framework Agreement and 2023 Lung Wai Cleaning Service Framework Agreement. The agreement aims to continue the previous cooperation relationship from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026. As such, the transactions are considered as continuing connected transactions, while RedStar MEK (Shanghai) is a subsidiary of Red Star Mekilong as a major shareholder of the Company.
