THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF WHICH WILL BE TO REVIEW THE FIRST QUARTERLY RESULTS (UNAUDITED) FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31, 2024, FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31, 2024. The meeting will be led by Mr. Wang Zhiqing, Chairman of the Company, and will be attended by Vice Chairman and General Manager Li Yuman, as well as other directors and independent non-executive directors. The meeting was held pursuant to a notice issued on 17 April 2024 by the Company Secretary Wang Jin.
