The Meeting will review and consider the Board's reports, audited financial statements and auditor's reports for the year ended December 31, 2023, and announce the distribution of a final dividend. In addition, the meeting will involve a number of director re-election matters, including Mr. Gui Seng Yue, the Executive Director, and several independent non-executive directors. The General Meeting shall also authorize the Board of Directors to determine the remuneration of the Directors, to renew the Auditors and to determine their remuneration. Special items include the general approval of the directors to repurchase and issue shares in the company and the addition of 6 million shares, increasing the company's authorized share capital from 12 billion shares to 18 billion shares.
