BAYWAY PACIFIC HELD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 14 MAY 2024 AND PASSED MOTIONS INCLUDING AUDITING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, DECLARING FINAL DIVIDENDS, ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND AMENDMENTS TO THE ORGANIZATION'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION. All the motions were supported by the vast majority of shareholders, with a final dividend of HK$41.28 cents per share, expected to be distributed on June 20.
