MENANG：MENANG-株主総会招集に関する通知 Dear Sir / Madam, Our Ref: K / LR - 2019 / 1899 We refer to our announcement dated May 6, 2019 in relation to the First Circular cutting of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Dewan Tunku Canselor, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. We wish to announce that the Register of Members and Transfer Books will be closed from Thursday, May 30, 2019 to Tuesday, June 4, 2019 (both dates inclusive) to determine the entitlements of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2018. Transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Level 6, Symphony House, Pusat Dagangan Dana 1, Jalan PJU 1A / 46, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan up to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 will be registered before the book closure date. Beneficial owners of securities in the Central Clearing and Settlement System ('CCS') are advised to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that their securities accounts are in order to determine the entitlements to dividend. The proposed annual report, which includes the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2018 and the statement printed on the proprietary rights of securities will be distributed to shareholders of the Company after endorsement at the said General Meeting.
