Ganfeng Lithium (002460.SZ) announced that the company has signed framework share subscription agreements with 09936.HK and China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd through its wholly-owned grandson company GFL Investment. GFL Investment intends to subscribe for 60 million new shares issued by Xumei at a price of HK $4.00 per share, with a total subscription amount of about HK $240 million. When the deal is completed, GFL Investment will own about 16.7 per cent of the company.
