Limited by relevant laws and policies, the company will only provide not more than 10.0% of the shares initially offered for sale as a guarantee quota to eligible H-share shareholders.
The equity registration date for determining the share guarantee quota for eligible H-shares in the preferred offering will be September 6, 2022. H-shares whose names are on the register of shareholders of the Company on that date (other than unqualified H-shares) will have the right to apply for the everything Cloud share guarantee quota. The last date for buying and selling H shares of Vanke eligible for guaranteed quota will be September 1, 2022.
The company will suspend registration of H-share transfer on September 6, 2022, and there will be no registration of H-share transfer of Vanke on that day. The basis for calculating the share guarantee quota of eligible H-share holders will be determined on the basis of their shareholding ratio in the company on the equity registration date, details of which will be announced separately.
