Zhitong Financial APP has learned that according to a recent court filing, the cryptocurrency brokerage Voyager Digital (VYGVF.US), which filed for bankruptcy protection, will auction its remaining assets on Sept. 13 as the restructuring process proceeds.
The deadline for bidding for the auction is September 6, and the final results will be announced at a court hearing on September 29, the document said. Although the identity of the bidder has not been disclosed, the cryptocurrency exchange FTX and Qian an have expressed interest in taking over the bankrupt lender in recent weeks.
It is understood that Voyager indicated that it had submitted a number of bids in accordance with Chapter 11 procedures of the bankruptcy law.
