  • Morgan Stanley (MS) - Will report quarterly results on Friday of this week. The US's big bank companies have, over the last few years, kicked off the earnings season.

  • Dell Technologies (DELL) - A lead story in the Wall Street Journal this week highlighted "PC Shipments Plunge Nearly 20%, Steepest Drop in More Than 20 Years." Dell remains a top-5 computer brand globally.

  • Coinbase (COIN) - Shares were oddly quiet Wednesday morning following news Alphabet's (GOOGL) Google selected Coinbase to provide crypto services for some of its cloud products.

  • Sesen Bio (SESN) - A play on news Merck (MRK) exercised an option to continue working with Moderna (MRNA) for a cancer vaccine. In September, Sesen merged with privately-held Carisma Therapeutics, a partner of Moderna's with a focus on cancer therapies.

  • Pineapple Energy (PEGY) - One of Wednesday's momentum-du-jour names. The stock has been a momentum name for a few weeks now. Shares were up 19% Wednesday morning on no news. The issue is a low-float play with about 4 million shares in its float.
