11:39 ET - On Semiconductors's nearly $1.1B takeout of Quantenna Communications gives fair value to shareholders based on recent deals in analog and mixed-signal semiconductor and internet-of-things spaces, Stifel says. Though the deal is straightforward from a regulatory perspective, Stifel says another suitor could potentially bid for Quantenna based on its attractive position in Wi-Fi technology--especially as the industry moves toward the 802.11ax standard.
