Burnaby, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 14, 2023) - Aether Catalyst Solutions, Inc. (CSE: ATHR) (FSE: 2QZ) ("ATHR" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news releases dated April 6, 2023 it has completed a first tranche of its non-brokered private placement consisting of the issuance of up to 4,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.055 per Unit for gross aggregate proceeds of up to $220,000 (the "Private Placement"), pursuant to which the Company has issued 3,065,000 Units for total gross aggregate proceeds of $168,575. Final closing is expected prior to April 21, 2023.

Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Share") and one-half a transferable Share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share (each, a "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of twelve months from the date of closing of the Private Placement.
