China Rare Earth replied that the Zhongxi Hunan mine project under Minmetals Rare Earth Group has entered the production and operation stage. Zhongxi Hunan is the mining project with the largest single ionic rare earth mining index in the country. It is the first ionic rare earth mine in the “National Green Mining Pilot Unit”. The acquisition of 94.67% of Zhongxi Hunan's shares will help solve the problem that listed companies currently have a relatively uniform industrial structure and achieve strong resource guarantees and effective industrial expansion.
