Gelonghui August 29th 丨New Hope Service (03658.HK) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Group's revenue reached RMB 599.8 million, an increase of 17.1% over the previous year. During the period, property management services achieved revenue of RMB 317.7 million, accounting for 53.0% of total revenue, up 36.2% year on year; realized revenue of life services was RMB 135.2 million, accounting for 22.5% of total revenue, up 17.3% year on year; and commercial operation services achieved revenue of RMB 72.5 million, accounting for 12.1% of total revenue, up 26.7% year on year.
During the reporting period, gross profit was RMB 226.2 million, up 8.2% year on year, and gross margin was 37.7%. Profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company during the reporting period was RMB 109.5 million, an increase of 9.6% over the previous year. The board of directors recommended declaring an interim dividend of HK$0.073 per share.
For the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Group's net cash flow from operating activities was approximately RMB 50.6 million, while net cash flow from operating activities for the same period in 2022 was approximately RMB 16.4 million. In the six months ended June 30, 2023, the number of projects under management by the Group was 205, with a construction area of about 29.1 million square meters, an increase of about 31.6% over the same period in 2022; the number of projects signed by the Group was 245, with a contract area of 37.9 million square meters, an increase of about 22.5% over the same period in 2022.
