The two sides agreed that Yida Innovation will purchase 1MW/1MWh all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system (excluding vanadium electrolyte and energy storage converter PCS) from Beijing Green Vanadium, and the relevant technical standards and performance parameters will be implemented in accordance with the "Technical Agreement on 1MW/1MWh all-Vanadium flow Battery Energy Storage system" signed by both parties, with a quantity of 1 set and a price of 3.825 million yuan. At the same time, Yida Innovation and Beijing Green Vanadium signed the "Technical Service contract" of the above contract, stipulating that Beijing Green Vanadium will provide full technical services for the installation, final equipment system configuration and operation of the above vanadium battery equipment, with a contract amount of 675000 yuan.
