Zhitong Financial App News, Zhongchang International Holdings (00859) released unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with a profit of HK $16.382 million, down 7.05% from a year earlier, and a loss attributable to shareholders of HK $22.136 million, a year-on-year reduction of 23.34%. Basic loss per share is HK1.97 cents.
The announcement said that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the relatively high occupancy rate in the first half of 2022 compared with the medium term.
