On August 30, the Huaan Gold ETF released an interim report showing that two funds under Qiaoshui (China) ranked among the top ten ETF holders, namely Qiaoshui All-Weather Enhanced China Private Equity Fund No. 3 and Qiaoshui All-Weather Enhanced China Private Equity Fund No. 2. The total share of the two Huaan Gold ETFs held reached 97.089 million shares, the same as at the end of 2022.
Qiaoshui (China) also appeared among the top ten Efangda Gold ETF holders. Qiaoshui All-Weather Enhancing China Private Equity Fund No. 1, Qiaoshui All-Weather Enhancing China Private Equity Fund No. 2, and Qiaoshui All-Weather Enhancing China Private Equity Investment Fund No. 3 all appeared in the top 11 holders of this ETF, holding a total of 41,97663 million shares, the same as at the end of 2022.

Judging from the top ten holders' data, Qiaoshui (China) holds more than 200 million shares of the three gold ETFs in total, which is the same as in 2022.
What's different is that the 13F report shows that the Bridgewater Fund cleared SPDR gold ETF in the second quarter.
Why is there a difference in investment allocations between the two? A previous report by Bridgewater Fund indicated that its fund, Pure Alpha Fund, sold short US stocks, dollars, and metals in July. It was the most bearish on developed market bonds and the most optimistic about the euro and the Singapore dollar.
However, Qiaoshui (China) is still optimistic about gold assets. Qiaoshui (China) recently stated in a roadshow that for an all-weather strategy, gold is a relatively important type of asset; in the medium to long term, almost all investors can allocate gold because it has a strategic allocation role.
