EV giant Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA), on Thursday, posted a picture of a supercharger painted a special red, different from their usual white and red ones.
The red supercharger is the 50,000th supercharge put up by the EV maker. It is located at Roseville, California and has a plaque at the bottom commemorating the milestone.
Several automakers have announced a collaboration with Tesla to access its supercharger network by adopting its North American Charging Standard. Japanese automaker Honda is the latest to jump aboard the bandwagon which already has Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Rivian and Polestar, among others.
