600336.SH announced that Qingdao Aucma Business Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aucma Business Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, sold its 15% stake in Qingdao New era Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New era Science and Technology Co., Ltd.") to the company's controlling shareholder, Qingdao Aucma holding Group Co., Ltd., at a corresponding valuation of 54.8938 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Aucma Commercial Co., Ltd. will still hold an 85% stake in New Age Technology Co., Ltd., which will remain a controlling subsidiary of the company.
The main purpose of this transaction is to introduce the relevant resources owned by the transferee according to operational needs and to invigorate the inefficient assets of New era Science and Technology Company located on Beijiang Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao City; at the same time, the company can recover part of the funds through this transaction to further concentrate resources for the development of core main business; help to improve the company's operating efficiency, enhance profitability and risk resistance.
