Lai Group (08455) announced that on October 5, 2023, its wholly-owned subsidiary Longji Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Longji) has entered into a service agreement (Service Agreement) with Mini Home Media Limited (Mini Home), the operator of Zhonglv Bus Mall (an online shopping platform that promotes cross-border e-commerce activities). Longji will provide a variety of Hong Kong brand home products on Zhonglv Bus Mall, while Mini Home will manage Zhonglv Bus Mall and provide Longji with marketing and advertising channels, distribution, and logistics services. The service agreement is valid for one year and can be extended after further negotiations between the two parties.
The Group's main business is to provide interior design and decoration services in Hong Kong. With the Group's experience and business network, the Group intends to expand its business through e-commerce platforms. Through the service agreement, the board of directors believes this is a good opportunity to expand the Group's sources of income and enhance the public awareness of the Group's brand, which is in line with the overall interests of the company and shareholders.
