(referred to as "Light Textile Holdings"). Chongqing SASAC transferred 80% of its stake in Light Textile Holdings to Chongqing Yufu holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yufu Holdings" for short).
The above matters will lead to Yufu Holdings' indirect acquisition of 59.83% of the shares held by Light Textile Holdings. At the same time, Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Department Store), a concerted actor of Yufu Holdings, holds a 1.74% stake in the company. After the completion of the free transfer, the proportion of shares controlled by Yufu Holdings and its concerted actors increased from 1.74% to 61.57%. Light Textile Holdings is still the controlling shareholder of the company, and Chongqing SASAC is still the actual controller of the company.
