Gelonghui October 23Hope (301024.SZ) announced that in order to improve the efficiency of the funds raised by Shanghai Hope Architectural Design Co., Ltd., and reduce financial expenses, the company held the 13th meeting of the third session of the board of directors and the 11th meeting of the third session of the board of supervisors on October 23, 2023, and examined and passed the "proposal on using some idle funds to temporarily replenish working funds." It is agreed that the company shall, on the premise of ensuring the normal implementation of the raised funds investment project, use no more than 140 million yuan of idle raised funds to temporarily replenish the current funds, and the term of use shall not exceed 12 months from the date of examination and approval of the board of directors, the above amount can be recycled and rolled within the validity period of the resolution, and will be returned to the special account of raising funds in time when it expires or is needed for the project.
