688311.SH announced on October 24 that the company held the 15th meeting of the fourth session of the board of directors and the 13th meeting of the fourth board of supervisors on October 24, 2023 to consider and pass the "motion on the use of some idle convertible bonds to raise funds for cash management", agreeing that the company should use temporary idle convertible bonds of no more than 230 million yuan (including capital) for cash management. For the purchase of investment products with high security, good liquidity and capital preservation agreement (including but not limited to structured deposits, large certificates of deposit and other capital preservation products), within the above-mentioned amount, the funds can be used on a rolling basis, the term of use shall not exceed 12 months and shall be valid within 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors.
