Zhitong Financial APP, Hausai (002963.SZ) notice, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Hao Neng Hui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hao Neng Hui New Energy") and Chongqing three Gorges Green Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing three Gorges Water Conservancy and Power (Group) Co., Ltd., signed a joint venture agreement in October 2023. The two sides funded the establishment of a joint venture Beijing Changjiang Haoneng Huixin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changjiang Haoneng Huixin New Energy"). Yangtze River Hao Neng Hui New Energy has a registered capital of 70 million yuan, of which the three Gorges Green Movement contributed 45.5 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 65%, while Hao Neng Hui New Energy contributed 24.5 million yuan, accounting for 35%.
According to the announcement, the two sides set up a joint venture to build an integrated energy station for electric energy replenishment, to jointly explore cooperation in clean power, green logistics, service upgrading of electric heavy trucks and their recharging facilities, energy storage utilization and asset management digital energy operation platform, so as to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing, and promote faster and better development of enterprises of both sides.
