(hereinafter referred to as "Aijian Trust") on October 31, 2023. On October 30, 2023, Aijian Trust signed "Aijian Trust Technical Service contract", "Aijian Trust disaster Preparedness Service contract" and "Aijian Trust equipment Integration Purchasing contract" with its related party, Shanghai Junyao Kechuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Junyaoke Chuang"). Junyaoke Chuang provides Junyaoyun services, SDWAN dedicated line and Internet broadband services, network and security technical services, technology development services, city disaster preparedness resource leasing services and equipment integration procurement services, with a total contract amount of not more than 8.4994 million RMB.
