Zhitong Finance App News, Direct Telecom (08337) announced results for the first three quarters of 2023. Revenue was approximately HK$107 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 12.3%. Losses attributable to the company's shareholders were approximately HK$7.795 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 41.6%. A loss of HK4.22 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the reduction in losses was mainly due to a sharp reduction in impairment losses on trade receivables and an improvement in the gross margin of telecommunications services provided in Hong Kong.
