According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xunzhihai (08051) announced the results for the nine months ended September 30, 2023. It achieved revenue of HK$72.352 million during the period, a decrease of 79.3% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$4.445 million, a decrease of 22.06% over the previous year; and basic profit per share of HK18.97 cents.
According to the announcement, the overall gross margin increased from about 6.2% for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 to about 13.8% for the nine months ended September 30, 2023. The increase in overall gross margin was mainly due to the increase in the maintenance and service support category, which was higher than the gross margin in the sales and distribution category.
