According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongke Environmental Protection (301175.SZ) announced that in order to further strengthen its main business and promote the increase in the scale of cogeneration in the waste incineration power generation business, the company decided to acquire a total of 100% of the shares held by Longjing (Xiamen) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Longjing Development”) and Hebei Baozhong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (“Baozhong Environmental Protection”), shareholders of Longjing (“Longjing Development”) and Hebei Baozhong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (“Baozhong Environmental Protection”). After the equity transfer is completed, Longjing Xiamen will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
