Following the proposed spin-off and independent listing, it is anticipated that Luz Saúde will remain a subsidiary of the company.
The company was informed that Luz Saúde will hold a shareholders' meeting on December 22, 2023 to approve (including) the trading and private placement of Luz Saúde's shares on the Lisbon Euronext stock exchange under the proposed spin-off and independent listing.
