1. Alibaba Pictures completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of live performance provider Damai.com from Alibaba Holdings

2. MODERN DENTAL's total revenue for the first three quarters was HK$2,363 million, up about 12.7% year on year

3. PhysicsHealth plans to acquire 42.88% of Xinya's shares for HK$115 million to promote the expansion of the medical laboratory testing market
