On December 8, Gelonghui (300593.SZ) announced that on December 8, 2023, the company held the 33rd meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 31st meeting of the 5th board of supervisors to deliberate and pass the “Proposal on Closing Some Fund-raising Projects and Permanently Supplementing Liquidity with Savings”. In view of the fact that the “5G Communications and Server Power Expansion Project”, a fund-raising project for the company to issue A-shares to specific targets to raise capital, has been implemented, in order to improve the efficiency of the use of capital, taking into account the actual operating conditions of the company, the company agreed to complete the above fund-raising project and raise funds of 43.1337 million yuan (including interest income; the actual amount is subject to the day the capital was transferred out) to permanently supplement working capital for the company's daily business activities.
