On December 11, Gelonghui (603797.SH) announced that Shenzhen Liantai Investment Group Co., Ltd. plans to use cash to buy back 24.5% of the shares of Shantou Tianhuijian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Tianhuijian”) held by Guangdong Liantai Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (“Tianhuijian”) and 100% of the shares of Shenzhen Liantai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (“Liantai Industrial”) (“Liantai Industrial”) (“Liantai Industrial”) holds 51% of Tianhuijian's shares). The total consideration for the company's acquisition of the above equity transaction was RMB 85.213,600; Liantai Investment repurchased according to the “original purchase price+period capital cost compensation” pricing principle. The period capital cost was calculated according to the original purchase price plus an annualized 4.5% interest rate based on the company's capital transactions with Liantai Industrial after the merger and acquisition of Liantai Industrial, and the total repurchase price was RMB 900.00 million. After the repurchase transaction was completed, the company no longer held shares in Tianhuijian.
