The CSRC pointed out that from the date of issuance of the notice of filing until the end of the overseas issuance and listing, Pheton Holdings Ltd. should report any significant events through the CSRC's filing management information system in accordance with relevant regulations on the overseas issuance and listing of domestic enterprises.
After the company completes its overseas issuance and listing, it should report the issuance and listing status through the CSRC's filing management information system within 15 working days. The company must strictly comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and rules both domestically and internationally during the overseas issuance and listing process. If the overseas issuance and listing is not completed within 12 months from the date of issuance of the notice, and it intends to continue with the process, it should update the filing materials.
