(688010.SH) announced that on December 20, 2023, the company received Information Group's “Notice Letter on Early Termination of the Holdings Reduction Plan”. As of December 19, 2023, Information Group had reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 1,589,700 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital at the time. In order to implement the integration of state-owned resources and asset restructuring, the Information Group signed equity transfer agreements with Fujian State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd.
