(“Shanghai Zhixiang”), a subsidiary of the company, transferred 100% of the shares of Nantong Zhixiang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Nantong Zhixiang”) to Ying Yusheng on February 14, 2018, with Hu Meizhen providing a joint liability guarantee. Recently, Shanghai Zhixiang, as plaintiffs, filed a lawsuit and an application for property preservation with the Shanghai Second Intermediate People's Court (“Shanghai Second Intermediate Court”) regarding the share transfer dispute between defendants Ying Yusheng, Hu Meizhen, and Nantong Zhixiang. Recently, Shanghai Zhixiang has received a notice of acceptance and a civil ruling on property preservation [(2023) No. 125, Shanghai Minchu] from the Second Intermediate Court of Shanghai, involving 127 million yuan.
