Gelonghui, December 28 | Anhui Heli (600761.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Heli Industrial Vehicle (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Heli Industrial Vehicle”) decided to introduce strategic investors and implement mixed ownership reforms by increasing capital and shares through public listing at the Anhui Property Exchange Center and simultaneously implementing employee stock ownership plans.
Through an open call from the Anhui Property Exchange Center, Dema Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“Dema Technology” for short) was finally determined to increase capital for Heli Industrial Vehicles. After the mixed ownership reform introduced strategic investors and implemented employee shareholding plans, Heli Industrial Vehicle's registered capital increased to 68,18271.43 million yuan. Among them, Dema Technology invested RMB 24.286 million, with a shareholding ratio of 20.95%; Shanghai Heke Qiangqiang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) invested 6.625 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 5.72%; and the company's shareholding ratio was 73.33%.
