Gelonghui, January 5 | Jinke Environment (688466.SH) announced that the company and Tangshan Nanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant (“Party A” or “Sewage Treatment Plant”) recently signed the “Tangshan Nanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant Commissioned Operation Project Contract” (“this contract”) in Tangshan Nanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone. Party A granted the right to operate this project to the company, that is, the company is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment plant project facilities and enjoys the right to receive revenue from the commissioned operation service fee. The basic unit price for the initial commissioned operation service is 1.96 yuan/cubic meter (including VAT price). If the basic unit price adjustment of the commissioned operation service fee is involved during the operation period, the contract agreement is executed.
