SMTrack Bhd's unit has terminated a project management consultation, estimated to be worth RM80 million, with Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn Bhd (MRPSB).
SMTrack Bhd的分公司已經終止了與梅納拉·雷澤基地產私人有限公司（MRPSB）的項目管理諮詢，估計價值8000萬令吉。
It told the stock exchange yesterday (Jan 5) that both parties had mutually agreed to terminate the agreement due to their inability to obtain or fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the agreement.
該公司昨天（1月5日）告訴證券交易所，由於無法獲得或滿足協議規定的先決條件，雙方已共同同意終止該協議。
