Zhitong Finance App News, Digital Government Communications (300075.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign the “Quanshu Advantage Industry Investment (Quanzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) Cooperation Agreement” with Quanzhou Big Data Operation Service Co., Ltd., Quanzhou Licheng Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Suoxinda Data Technology Co., Ltd., and Advantage Financial Holdings (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd.
According to the agreement, the five parties will jointly fund the establishment of the Quanshu Advantage Industrial Investment (Quanzhou) partnership (limited partnership). The total amount of capital pledged by the partnership is 100 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, plans to invest 19.5 million yuan. The investment paid by the limited partnership mainly revolves around investment and capital investment in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, 5G, etc. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the partnership has not yet been established.
