Gelonghui, January 12 | Longhu Group (00960.HK) announced that by the end of December 2023, the Group had achieved a total contract sales amount of RMB 173.49 billion, a contract sales area of 10.796 million square meters, a total contract sales amount of RMB 11.31 billion and a contract sales area of 966,000 square meters in December; in December, it achieved a contract sales amount of RMB 7.64 billion, and a contract sales area of 707,000 square meters belonging to the company's shareholders' rights.
The Group added two additional land reserves in December 2023, with a total construction area of 196,000 square meters, an equity construction area of 184,000 square meters, and an equity land price of RMB 2.86 billion.
By the end of December 2023, the Group had accumulated operating revenue of approximately RMB 24.87 billion (tax-inclusive amount of approximately RMB 26.53 billion); of these, operating revenue was approximately RMB 12.94 billion (tax-inclusive amount was approximately RMB 13.88 billion) and service revenue was approximately RMB 11.93 billion (tax-inclusive amount was approximately RMB 12.65 billion).
