Siab Holdings Lands RM94m Contract for Food Processing Factory Construction
Siab Holdings Berhad said its subsidiary, Siab (M) Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award (LOA) from Mahsuri Food Sdn Bhd for the construction of a food processing factory in Negeri Sembilan.
西亞博控股有限公司表示，其子公司西亞博（M）私人有限公司已接受了Mahsuri Food Sdn Bhd在森美蘭州建造食品加工廠的獎勵信（LOA）。
The project, valued at RM94,28 million, includes a four-story factory building, fermentation facilities, warehouses, offices, and utility units.
該項目價值9428萬令吉，包括一座四層高的工廠建築、發酵設施、倉庫、辦公室和公用事業單位。
Siab (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned construction subsidiary of Siab Holdings, will undertake the 13-month project, commencing on February 14, 2024.

Mahsuri Food Sdn Bhd, engaged in food product manufacturing and sauce and condiment import-export, is the awarding party.

Its board of directors believes that accepting the LOA is in the best interest of Siab Holdings and its shareholders, anticipating positive contributions to earnings and net assets throughout the project's duration.
