Gelonghui, January 23 | China Overseas Nuoxin International Holdings Limited (00464.HK) announced that the English name of the company was changed from “China Overseas Nuoxin International Holdings Limited” to “China In-Tech as a result of (i) a special resolution approved by shareholders at the special shareholders' meeting held on January 11, 2024 and (ii) the Registrar of Cayman Islands Companies issued a certificate of registration for the change of name on January 12, 2024 “Limited” and the dual foreign language (Chinese) name of the company were changed from “China Overseas Nuoxin International Holdings Co., Ltd.” to “China Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.”, both effective January 12, 2024.
On the date of the announcement, the company was registering a change of company name with the Hong Kong Companies Registry in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). After the change of company name is registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, the company will apply for a new share abbreviation from the Stock Exchange. Currently, the abbreviations for the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange in English and Chinese are still “C OVS NUOXIN” and “China Overseas Nordson” respectively. The company's stock code will remain “00464”
