The main reason for the negative net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in 2023 is that the operating performance of some participating companies that are not within the scope of the company's consolidated statements declined significantly during the reporting period. The company plans to make long-term equity investment impairment preparations for some participating companies, which will adversely affect the company's net profit. The company expects the impact of non-recurring profit and loss on net profit in 2023 to be about -120 million yuan.
