As of January 31, 2024, Hainan Expressway increased its holdings of the company's shares by 301,400 shares through centralized bidding transactions in the Shanghai Stock Exchange system, accounting for 0.095% of the company's total share capital, and the amount of additional shares held was 4,900,429.00 yuan. After this increase in holdings, Hainan Expressway held 31,658,700 shares of the company, accounting for 10.02% of the company's total share capital. The implementation of this holdings increase plan has not yet been completed, and Hainan Expressway will continue to increase the company's shares in accordance with this holdings increase plan in the future.
