Gelonghui, January 31, 丨 Hongguang Semiconductor (06908.HK) announced that on January 31, 2024, the board of directors of the company awarded a reward of ordinary shares (bonus shares) of HK$0.01 per share in a total of 7.54 million shares of the company's share capital in accordance with the company's share award plan adopted by shareholders on December 29, 2023.
The purpose of awarding rewards is to reward grantees for their past contributions, retain them to contribute to the future growth of the Group, and share the future growth of the Group. The Board believes that the granting of rewards is consistent with the purpose of the share award scheme by allocating dividends and other distributions to the shares and/or increasing the value of the shares, thereby aligning the interests of the grantor with those of the Group and encouraging the grantor to contribute to the long-term growth and profits of the Group.
