(“Shanghai Rongji” or “Party A”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Shanghai Rongding Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Rongding” or “Party B”) signed the “Shanghai Songjiang Rongji Industrial Park Phase II Cooperation Agreement” on 33 acres of unbuilt land located at 99 Wensong Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai.
Subject of the contract: Shanghai Songjiang Rongji Industrial Park Phase II site is located at No. 99 Wensong Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai, with a total land area of 33 acres. The land used for the project is industrial land. After the project is built, the project can be leased as a whole or in installments, and the project company obtains profits from the operation of the property.
