Gelonghui, Feb. 2: Lianhua Technology (002250.SZ) announced that on February 2, 2024, the company received the “Notice Letter on the Plan to Increase Shareholding in Lianhua Technology Co., Ltd.” from Mr. Fan Xiaobin, Mr. Feng Yuhai, and Mr. Chen Feibiao each intend to increase their holdings of RMB common stock A shares issued by the company. The increase amount is not less than RMB 1.2 million (inclusive), and not more than RMB 2.4 million (inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “this increase”). The period of increasing holdings is 6 months from the date of disclosure of the announcement. The specific amount of increase in holdings is based on the actual number of shares increased at the end of the increase period. There is no price range for this increase in holdings.
