(“Yihua Holding Group”, “Information Disclosure Officer”), the controlling shareholder of the company. The equity change is due to the company's controlling shareholder Yihua Holding Group Co., Ltd.'s share holdings reduced by more than 5% through centralized bidding and bulk transactions due to its own capital requirements.
Prior to this change in equity, the information disclosure agent held 50,646,934 shares of the company, which was the company's shares held before the initial public offering and listing, accounting for 47.48% of the company's total share capital at the time (106,670,000 shares).
After this change in equity, the information disclosure obligor held 74,208,294 shares of the company's tradable shares under unlimited sales conditions, accounting for 41.81% of the company's current total share capital (177,481,700 shares).
