On February 5, Ge Longhui Technology (300800.SZ) announced that based on confidence in the company's future stable development and recognition of long-term investment value, in order to effectively protect the interests of all investors and enhance investor confidence, Mr. Zhang Guangsheng, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company plans to increase his holdings within 6 months from the date of the announcement of this increase plan through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system. The total amount of the proposed increase is no more than RMB 10 million, not less than RMB 9 million.
